I've moved from doing a standard plank to doing a 3-2-1

But I've noticed that during the long lever part my lower back starts to sag. My butt does not sag but my lower back starts to look like a U and my abs don't feel engaged at all. Anyone have any wisdom to share on how I might fix this, or maybe a better exercise to do?
