I'm new to MFP & was just wanting to make some friends. I am 19 years old and have been interested in a healthy lifestyle for about 3 years now. A little history: I'm 5'3, started at 155lbs. I began to lose and got down to about 135 in a healthy manner. Slowly but surely, an eating disorder was forming. I got down to 100lbs at my lowest. But I recovered and got weight restored. After my first semester of college..I weighed in at 143. It wrenched my heart to see that number again. I'm determined to get to about 125-130 and maintain there! It's not easy, but it's worth it!
