I have about 100 plus pounds to lose. I made it up to 249....currently, down to 236. Would like to see 100 lbs gone by the end of this year or awfully close! Need all th re support I can get!

    Add me as a friend. We can keep each other accountable and stay on this path to a healthier life and not just a minimal weight loss. I am currently down 31lbs and have about 80 to go.
