Hey Everyone,

I'm 25 and I have been using myfitnesspal on and off over the past 12 months and only just realised this awesome community (I have spent the last three days looking through all the advice)

I am hoping to be able to get some tips on healthy foods which are easy too cook for one person, or easily freezable, and I have already been able to start this :) and ideas for snacks which are cost effective..

I am hoping to lose 12kg within 15 weeks, ready for a holiday to America :)
