Hi from Istanbul,20kg 6 months

hi all,
I'm new to the community,my goal is 20 kg during the next 6 months.
I'm starting with the low carb and protein rich diet (mainly shakes).
Sport is divided in running (20-30 min) and heavy lifting and bench press (30min)
Anyone who can recommend to speed up things?

eat real food, you will get bored of shakes, and you may find with very little carbs you may lack the energy to run and lift weights.0

With all the recipes she has u can make it she also does low card recipes and shacks
