Wanting to Gain Muscle but Can't..

I'm one who's body is genetically well built. I work out 5 days a week but I build no muscle!! I try to keep myself motivated but it's difficult when you see no results. I'm really petite, I stand at 4'10" and 113...any ideas or tips???

if you are not gaining muscle then you are not eating enough…
you need a calorie surplus for weight gain/muscle gain.
how many calories a day are you eating?
what is your age/gender/height/current weight?
do you know your current body fat %
what kind of lifting program are you on right now?0 -
