Good afternoon everyone.

I'm from the UK and I'm starting to get my act together recently, I weighed almost 20 stone (123 kg!) at one point last year and im coming in now at 114kg, but I got as low as 107 for my first amateur mma fight and I had a bit of a recession myself when I had a deadline nightmare for university. Si I'm using this site to monitor my macros and my cardio in the gym. Start back with muay thai training next week! SO say hello.
