  • How much are you looking to lose? I need to lose about 50.... Gonna do my best to get it done.... Trying to keep track of what I eat and a combo of yoga mixed with c25k. Only been two days but feeling better :)

    I'm walkin every other day five miles and drinking tons of water. Keeps me full. Eating belvida blueberry biscuit/cookies as snacks in between meals and they have 230 calories each pkg and they give me energy and keep my appetite at bay until my next meal. Since I exercise I eat every three to four hours and keep my calorie intake btwn 230-300. It keeps my metabolism going and never feel tired. It works for me. It took a lot to get a for for me but I also eat a lot of proteins in meat when I can
