What are some quick and easy ways to exercise on a busy schedule

Work it into your busy day, e.g. take the stairs instead of elevator, park further from the door at supermarkets, run around with kids at the park, take a brisk walk during work breaks, hop off the bus one stop earlier and walk the rest.
In terms of more planned exercise, e.g. going to the gym, classes, running, etc. one just has to make it a priority and a habit. Most of us have busy lives with work and families, but health should always be a priority. Once it is a habit it becomes are normal as brushing your teeth.0 -
walk to and from work!
take a run on your lunch break!
leave for work 45 minutes earlier and get in a quick 40 minute weight session!
trade 2 tv shows at night for a bodyweight floor routine!
