Hello,
My name is Sean. I have been actively trying to lose 40 to 45 pounds for 20 years
I've gotten even more serious recently.
I now work in an office setting. I am currently using an under the Desk stationary bike while I'm at the desk. I normally am able to do this for 400 minutes a day. I eat well, until I get home. Then at 8 pm, I eat a lot. I am on a 1500 caloric diet. It's working. But not only to keep my weight the same. I am normally under my my caloric goal everyday with 500 plus calories left. I feel like I should have lost more. I do eat later. The reason is that I get off work and get home by 8pm.
I weigh 245 pounds. I'm 6 foot 3 inches. I need to lose the old fat.
I have no idea how to stop eating at night. I am not able to go to sleep while hungry.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
