I`m Back!

Well, I did it! I quit smoking in August and managed to put on weight. I was pretty successful with My Fitness Pal in the past so I decided to come back. I have quite a bit to loose. At least16 pounds. My hubby doesn`t really like salad or veggies or fruit that much either so it will be a struggle since I still have to cook him a "good" dinner. My weight is mostly in my midriff and I am addicted to carbs. (Pasta! Of course, I`m Italian!) 1200 calories is tough! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
