chicken wings... and not the ones you eat!

Does anyone have suggestions on how to tighten the skin under your arms or create muscle there so its not quite as apparent ... any suggesyions would help.. after losing so muvh weight they flap in the wind and i dont want to fly away.!

    Your best bet is tricep work. (kickbacks, dips, etc) This may be a difficult area, depending on the elasticity of your skin and how quickly you lost weight. Don't do it for 2 weeks, assume nothing is happening & quit. Be consistent, increase your weight & you will see results.
