Need willpower support!

I need to lose 40lbs to be a healthier person. I have already lost 60 lbs and have 40 more to go. Sweets are always beckoning. My svelte daughter is my moral support too...but the more the merrier!

    Well done on the loss so far, that's amazing!

    If I can give you one piece of advice (especially now you're so far in and might be finding it more difficult) - don't always be so quick to deny yourself the odd treat.

    Sometimes it can be more detrimental to abstain from everything because that can cause cravings and could result in binge eating. I find that if I say ok I'm going to be good for "x" amount of weeks and at the end of it have a treat, I find that this motivates me to keep at it because I have an interim goal/break to look forward to and once I have my treat I usually satisfied enough that I am then motivated to push myself that next few weeks.
