I want this time to be the time I reach my goal.

Hello Everyone,

I'm not new to my fitness pal but I'm looking for any good advice on how to stay motivated. I've gain about 30 pounds in the last 2 years and truly need to lose the weight. I always seem to give up and I'm not sure why. Any advice is welcome!

    I have gained about 40 over the last 3 years due to health reasons and I'm going to loss it. I think we just need to reach out for help when we need it. Good luck!

    Don't set your weight loss goal too aggressive. Just eat what you normally eat but less of it. No motivation required :)
