Just started today, and I made myself my own protein shake. How do you add foods that are homemade, not a certain brand??? Thanks

    You add the ingredients.

    Add the ingredients one by one. When done, you can click Quick Tools to add it as a Meal and it will save to My Meals.

    Here is an example of one of my protein frozen fruit smoothies. I slice/cube the fruit and freeze it in plastic bags. That way I do not need to use ice cubes. The columns are in the order:
    . . . . . . Calories / Carbs / Fat / Protein / Sodium / Sugar
