Hello Newbies! I'm Shonnie.. If anyone wants to join, I opened a new group called 30 Day Planking Challenge-by Shonnie. It's fun and, even though it starts small, you can really tell a difference in your core and stamina!     I am very interested in dong this. I have been doing planks but have ahard time lasting more than a1 minute. :\

    I'm in, but low back pain has always been an issue. But, I was able to do a couch to 5 k and now can run 10 miles weekly outside.

    I'm always looking for a new challenge.
