Hello everyone,

My name is Aileen, and I've used MFP on and off for the past few years already, but I recently bought a Jawbone UP24 and am now transitioning from WeightWatchers to UP + MFP.

I've lost 30lbs on WW since April last year, but I feel that at this point I could benefit from actually tracking macro-nutrients to overcome the plateau I've hit. It's been a little frustrating and I am still trying to figure out how to get back on my ~1lbs/week weight loss streak. I've started running last summer and now switched up my exercise routine, and I think that is helping a little. I also found out that my calorie deficit was actually too much, so I am hoping that I can remedy that as well.

    I'm a mother of three in KC. I'd like to lose a little weight, but I mostly workput/eat healthy for just general health.
