Starting back on C25K after a week off

I was on week 2, day 2 of C25K when I stupidly stressed a ligament near my hamstring during weight training (I hadn't taken the time to warm up enough - won't be cutting corners on that again!). I went to the doctor, who advised that I could go back to regular exercise in 7 days providing that I was no longer in pain. I'm about 5 days in and my leg feels almost entirely back to normal except for being a little stiff if I sit for an hour or more, so it looks like I'm on track.
Since I'm so early into the program (walking 2 minutes/running 90 seconds), should I just pick up where I left off? Or should I repeat all three days of week 2 to make up for the week of inactivity?

what playdoh pants said-go back and redo your week before you got injured-it should then be fairly easy and your body will thank you.0

Okay, looks like I'll be starting back on day 1, week 2. I honestly can't wait, the inactivity has been making me crazy!0
