Need accountability help!! Motivation support

Hello, I'm 32 and have had mfp for awhile now. I'm starting fresh again. I have a good 10lbs I'd like to get rid of and then tone. I love to workout but logging food isn't my strong spot. Would love to have some motivated friends :)

  • Hi FitMom, I could also do with some motivation support focused around working out - logging my food I do so maybe we could help each other out!
    - The only food logging issue I have is mostly home cooking means unless I weigh and work out calories for every ingredient it can end up being guess work. I'm a busy mum and have not really got time to micro manage food & portions but I'm starting to think I might have to.
    - I really want to lose about 17lb and am going on holiday 2nd April so that's a big incentive/deadline for me.

    I'll add, but I warn you I have 50 pounds to lose (5 down already wahoo). I am working the log everything and exercise 5 days a week angle! Good luck!

  • Will add all of you. Im 36, workin mom of 3 trying to get it togather. Im great at food logging but really bad with workingout. I find I do best when I have to be accountable to others

    I could also do with more buddy's for motivation. Am on the right track so far so add me if you want. That goes for anyone :)
  • I need some friends for accountability! I have 6 kids, 11-1 years. I love working out, carbs, soda, and cheese lol!

    I love cheese too. I was able to kick the soda though.
