Hi,
My name is Sharie. I started a week or so ago. I like the food log...MUCH easier than Spark People. I spent way too much time on that there. I have some disabilities...heart failure, severe arthritis in both knees, bad back. I really can't exercise right now but I do believe I am getting a handle on my food. I figure I just can't "go on" a diet for a year ir more. I have to figure out a way to eat healthy for the rest of my life without feeling "diet deprived".
I have some good things I'm doing now that seem to be working. Message meif you want to discuss.
Glad to be here. Sharie
