Evening all im Michelle and new to this. Have had weight issues all my life. Ive never found such a helpful app and wondered if anyone had any extra tips. Im trying to run 3 times a week and have managed to stay within my calorie allowance the last 2 days. Even with a cheeky biscuit or two lol x
