New Treadmill and want to use everyday

I got a new treadmill in December and I have not really been a treadmill user in the past. I did run last year using C25K outside and completed it, but began having knee problems. Took the summer off and now I am starting back using the treadmill. I do LOVE the treadmill and have not had any major problems with it and none with my knee so far. I am already on week 5 of the C25K, but I have been wanting to use it almost every day. Is there something different I can do on the days I am suppose to rest with C25K? Right now I have just been doing the same thing for the days multiple times during the week. I don't like not doing anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

How about some low impact workouts from YouTube like FittnessBlender?

If you want to do something different but still on the treadmill, try playing with the incline. Mine goes from 0-10, so I'll walk at a comfortable place and up the incline by .5 every minute. Once I get to 10, I start back down. I enjoy it, its easy in the beginning and then becomes a challenge where you look forward to going back down. Plus the time seems to be by fast (for me anyways).

Never heard of that, but I do not have internet access at home. I will have to look into it.

I haven't tried the preset programs on the treadmill. Should I do a preset program on the days I am not doing C25K or just do something totally not treadmill?

I think that would be a great idea. Do you just walk it, or do you run?
