Eat over your maintenance and make sure you have a solid lifting program0

Checkout bodybuilding.com, read as many articles about bulking as you can, research about nutrition for bulking, workout programs and resting from that website.0

My advice is to up your calories slowly until you gain at your desired rate. So add about 100 calls per week and monitor your gains. Also be prepared since you will gain fat and a lot of people panic when they see the weight creep on.0

eat all the things
lift all the things
rest as much as you can
lather.
rinse
repeat.0 -
well usually I start the lather rinse process- and that attracts a crowd- so I never have to do the repeat part- you know- group effort and all.0

If you're going to give advice on bulking don't have it be "Go to bodybuilding.com" only
OP, https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10049766/bulking-a-complete-guide-for-beginners#latest
It's easier to give specific answer to specific questions. For a general question, it's hard to give much details because if something like how to properly bulk can be answered in a few sentences, most people would look like magazine models.
The link you provided is indeed a very informative one. Additional research would also help OP get a better grasp on proper bulking as well.0 -

lol wut???
That doesn't even make sense. and also it's not even remotely true. Bulking is pretty straight forward- eat at a surplus- lift weights- rest. yes there are niggling details to e hashed out- but it's pretty cut and dry- working out the details is WHY people come here and ask questions.
But secondly MrM is totally rightAnd that is exactly what we are here for. If the OP has questions or needs guidance he can come ask and we'll help. Telling him to go search a massive website like BB isn't going to help him much. It's more likely to confuse him.
ask the questions- and we'll help dial in results- we aren't here because it's the only website our spam filter doesn't block at work (wait- it is why I'm here damnnnnit)0
