Hi I have 1 stone to lose, tried numerous diets so before joining any more clubs, have decided to track everything I eat to see were I am going wrong, really tries and makes you think what you eat as you have to record .

I have just over a stone but happy to be your diet buddy. I'm also going to log all food just not got my head round how you do that when you mostly home cook - I'm guessing it's weighing all ingredients and then individually entering them.... I'm off to try find out! Good luck0
