Hello everyone, my name is Marco. I'm on this app just like many of you. I want to lose weight. I want to start by losing 65 lbs, but I have a dilema...a few actually. My first dilema is that I don't have a place to cook healthy foods. I'm in the military and I live in the barracks. The building I live in is an old building and we don't have a stove....bummer right? So, if you know something about healthy eating coming from the microwave I would appreciate it. Another dilema that I have is that I don't know how to work out. I know how to run, do sit ups and push ups and that's about it. So, for the people that workout and know what to do - I will take that information too.
