Whats your goal and how are you achieving it?

I'm curious! I know there's many different diets and plans out there but the thing that actually drops the lbs are a calorie deficit but whats your plan?

I'm currently just making sure to eat at or stay under my calorie goal. I'm not really eating clean, or working out too much. I take short walks every now and then but don't really pay attention to the calories burned.

I plan to slowly clean up my diet but I still want to be able to eat my three dove chocolates and my home cooked comfort foods at the end of my journey!

I also really want to lift! I love strength training and sort of dislike cardio.
Essentially just sticking to what works for me. I usually can't stick with anything but this isn't that bad. Okay enough about me. Whats working for you or has worked?

B & A pics are welcomed!

I finally said enough was enough. I got a personal trainer (which I love and is worth every penny) and we set a plan into action. I needed to have a personal trainer because I needed someone to call me out if I was just phoning in a workout. I started with 3-4 days of working out. I worked out twice per week with my trainer and then once on my own. Before I knew is I was working out more and more each week. I found my love of running again somewhere in all of that. I am currently at the high end of my weight range goal (125-130) and I am pretty happy here.

I currently workout daily because I just really like the way it makes me feel.

    Sunday- Long run
    Monday- Spin
    Tuesday- shorter run*
    Wed- Body Pump (weight class)
Thursday- training session (cross-fit, HIIT, Tabata or TRX)
    Friday-med run
Saturday- training session (cross-fit, HIIT, Tabata or TRX)

*will some weeks be my active recovery and I will do yoga on that day.

I just track my food. I don't really eat fried or overly rich foods because my tummy can not handle it anymore. I eat lots of veggies, lean protein and fruits.
