Hi does any one have tips on healthy eating and work outs? All help would be appreciated

Hi ....I would recommend googling a healthy version of whatever you like....as for workouts if you are new to exercising I would recommend walking and build from there ...Hope that helps0

To add to the above.
Start by just tracking what you eat.
Then see where you can cut your intake
Then stay within your calorie goals
Walking is a good start. Increasing from around the house to around the block is the way to go.
When you are comfortable with the above add in some weight bearing exercise ( body weight to start, see Nerdfitness.com). These are important because they help preserve your muscle when losing.
Good luck and remember to take it slow.

Not really advice fitness or diet wise, but definitely take pics of various angles (both before and during your journey) so you can see the difference. Everyone here recommended it and I'm so glad I did!
