Hey y'all. I'm new to the group. Just found this app! Tracking everything I put in my mouth!!! I'm 45 and would like to lose 35-40 lbs! But mostly just want to get healthy no matter the number on the scale! Hoping to get an accountability partner to help along this new adventure!!

Hi! I am 44 and this is the first time in my life I have ever counted calories! So far it seems to be going fairly easy, but I am afraid of when the cravings for those sweets really kick in! lol Like you, I am more concerned with being healthy and not as much about the numbers on the scale. But in the process I would LOVE to lose about 30 pounds!
