I like to switch up my exercises as I get bored of doing the same thing over and over. I still work most body parts. Does it matter if you change your workout as often as if do

It kind if depends on your goals. If you're training for something very specific, you'd want your workouts geared towards it. But for general fitness it's fine. I'm not sure what kind of exercise you do but the New Rules of Lifting for Women and Strong Curves programs both change exercises every 4 weeks if you are looking for a weight lifting program.0

Please help me I am trying to add this set to my fitness pal as and exercise sometimes I do 1-5 sets anyone know how to add them without having to figure everything individually? Thanks for any input..0
