I have surpassed my goal wait. I'am now 110lbs, my goal weight was 115.
The problem is I still have a HUGE belly and and fat calfs. After going from 155lbs to 110lb, im still
holding alot of fat in those area but my stomach is the work. I look preggo. Arms, face, butt, boobs, hips, thighs, all
got smaller. I don't feel as though loosing even more weight will help with loosing the belly or calf fat.
My body shape has changed drastically but i feel like my bodyfat % is still high, because of my belly.
I have hypothyroid and I BELIEVE I'am also insulin resistant as well (almost positive)
I'm reading low carb helps with loosing the fat and IR, but I feel like I will continue to lose more weight if
I do low carb. Very confused on where I should go from here??

    Do you do weight-bearing/resistance exercise?

    Congrats on the weight loss!

Honestly, without a picture I can't really judge. I believe you are being over hard on yourself if you are 110lbs nothing on you can be huge or look pregnant. ( very slim odds anyway) but if you want to post a pic, I'll give you exercises I think you should focus on to muscle train

Depends for me, but I notice a bulge after I eat or if I feel bloated. Try taking a picture/ observing how you look first thing in the morning. There are ways to combat your issues. Congrats on your weight loss and you look fantastic. :)
