    Help I need some friends to help me lose weight .i have gained 3 stone since I gave up smoking (hate the way I am ) also I've just left Dubai after 5 years living in the Middle East & moved to Savannah USA last week so feeling really fed up !! Want to get thin again this year

    Just an idea, get a watch that has a pedometer and an activity monitor. I have the Garmin Vivofit but I would do your own research and find what you feel fits your needs the best.

    The vivofit has a red bar that indicates when you have been inactive for too long. You will be surprised how much that will motivate you to get up and walk or exercise. The red bar is Evil!

    Logging everyday will also motivate you. But whatever you do make sure to eat healthy, cutting to many calories has proven to be ineffective.
