Try a standard 40%(Fat)30%(Protein)30%(Carb) macro split
2500cals to do a lean bulk for your weight0 -
If you are adding muscle, you will add fat so getting your abs back will be next to impossible. To minimize, go about 250 calories over your maintenance number and lift heavy. Macro splits aren't all that important. Just get your protein and fat grams sorted out and fill the rest with carbs.0
