New guy!

Hey everyone!

I am a 35 yr old with a goal of loosing around 60 pounds. So far I am down 20 pounds primarily through diet and am adding a workout regiment consisting of jogging and dumbbell circuit training! Any advice or encouragement would be great!!

    Welcome dude! I'm a 44 y/o that had 69 lbs to lose originally. 10.7 more to my initial goal of 200 lbs!! This is a great tool to hold yourself accountable. It really is as simple as burn more calories than you shove in your mouth. Good luck!
