Is 1500 calories too many?

I need some help!
I'm around 145lbs and hit the gym about 3x a week each time for about 30 minutes (usually a 200 calorie burn). I am also a waitress and am on my feet 4-5x a week for 6 hours at a time. I set my daily calorie goal as 1500 calories (I am not going to log exercise and treat that as my goal whether or not I work out). Will I lose weight with that goal or should I set it lower?

No. You could likely be successful at a goal higher than 1500.0

It's impossible to know without also knowing your age and height, but unless you're extremely short, that level of activity I would guess gets you more calories. Since you want to have a goal and not log each workout, I suggest finding a TDEE calculator and inputting your stats to get a number to work with for your daily goal.0
