With just one measly pound to go until I hit my first goal weight, I'm looking back on this past year and I just can't believe how far I've come. I have CHANGED MY LIFE!! I'm never going back to my old lifestyle and that's a promise.

ANYTHING is possible with hard work and determination guys. Decide, commit, succeed!

    Thank you! I definitely have TONS more energy. I used to ALWAYS be tired and take naps, sleep til noon, etc. Now my body usually wakes up on its own around 9 and I'm much more awake during the day!

    Great work you look awesome! I feel you, I always looked younger but since I lost weight people think im like 18/19 lol Im going on 26. I used to hate it but hey when I'm 40 I'll love it right. Keep up the inspiring work lil lady!
