I vote good question...the 8 cups of water recommendation is a bit vague to me. I usually avoid it altogether and just try to drink 2 of my Nalgene bottles (1L each). Honestly I only make it through 1, but it is a work in progress! My doctor says 2L a day is the goal. Luckily that equals just under 9 cups0

See, I did Google it and the reply was 4 cups. Which means there cups are huge lol. Yes I will aim for 2 litres a day which should be easy as we are in summer and it's getting hot.0
