Hey ya'll! I'm trying to lose 20lbs by February 20th in a healthy way! New to my fitness pal! Any pointers?

Hi I'm new as well, so I'm not the best person for advice but, I have read over and over, not to lose more than like 2lbs a week to keep yourself healthy and have a better chance of keeping it off.0
