Former coach (university & Olympics) and had a huge life event at age 53. I've been a single dad since then and he's turning 8.

Just before that happened I was doing beach run-swim-runs everyday and beat my 19 year old that was about to go to Marine Corps Bootcamp. I've gained 70 lbs. since then between work and caring for my little one. Lots of work to do!

I'm trying to figure this thing out on my iPhone. Can't figure out how to add a friend. I also made a mistake and guessed my initial weight and was off by 23 lbs. is there a way to reset or erase the first weight?

Appreciate any help.

    Hi Mike, I'm Christina. I have yet to figure everything out as well. Lol. We can do this!!!!

    Hey Mike. Just go to settings to reset your information. Also there might be some options under the "goals" tab. Im looking for motivation and athletic minded people to push me.

    Thanks dthomascoach. With your comment I found I could do more with the website than my iPhone app. Thanks again. What kind of workouts are you doing?
  • Good luck mike with your goals, mine are about the same i need about 60 to 70 off. I just started martial arts on friday, and its kicking my *kitten*.

    I'm doing 30 mins of elliptical, 30 mins of station. bike, 10 mins of stair climber on level 7. Then I do cardio weights. I do this 4-5 days a week. Need to get these arms toned and flatten this stomach.
