Paelo set back:(

:sad: I've been eating Paelo /Primal pretty strict for 3 weeks now except for and occasional yogurt , cheese stick,and almond milk in coffee,I feel so much better,I havn't lost any weight really but feel less bloated for sure.Last night family came to visit and we ordered pizza,I made a nice salad to go with it and only planned on eating that.Then thought i'll only have one piece.Next thing I know 4 pieces were gone and a brownie! I've been doing so good no cravings really,untill that piece of pizza hit my mouth! How much longer now will it take to get that out of my system?Did I just put myself so far back it's like starting over? I feel like crap and that i've just wasted the last 3 weeks!

  • You haven't wasted the past 3 weeks! You've been learning what works for you, finding recipes, and you know that you can do it! This is your opportunity to learn! You now know that you can't "just have one." What WILL work for you? Have that plan in place now! Make your next meal, snack, whatever, something that makes you feel GOOD!
