Ginger lime chicken

delicious and full of flavor! You need 1inch of ginger to grate, 2limes to squeeze juice and 2tbs soy sauce. Combine ginger, lime juice and soy sauce and pour over chicken breast. Cook 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes serve with quinoa or brown rice!
