Okay, why are you eating so much fruit, first of all? Have you just begun on your journey?

Fruit has a lot of carbs so try not to overdo it. I had a friend that really got into fruit when she was dieting and didn't understand why she was not dropping weight - she actually gained weight. It's all about balance. :)

Glad you are feeling better! That's awesome! Keep it up! :)

Fruit is easy to over do because sugar tastes good to most of us. :)

I dunno. I eat tons of fruit... Started out that way and still eat tons of fruit. I was still able to drop weight.

Strawberry jello doesn't count as a fruit.
Three fruits is not too many.

If you had a banana and strawberries, that is fine.

If you have 20 lbs of fruit, yeah, ok - problem.

Today I had 2 kiwi, 2 banana, an orange, a clementine and berries. All within my goals - not an issue.

    Track, eat variety. Adhere.
