Goal: weigh loss (kinda)

Hey Everyone!
I have been using the App for a while but really discovered the community part of it just now!
I'm reaching out to you guys for help and advice regarding calorie allowance. You see, I don't have a lot of weight to lose (about 5 lbs) but I'm kinda lost when it comes to how many calories I should be eating per day in order to safely lose that weight and avoide feeling hungry and deprived. I am aware of all the different calculators out there and I've tried my fair share of them ending up confused and left with a variety of answers ranging anywhere from 1,268 to 1,900 Cals a day!
I need to know at least what a reasonable range of cals would be where I could try playing around with the numbers and see what works for me. Can you guys help?
I am a female, 30 years old, 5 ft 4 in, 127 lbs. I workout intensely 6 days/ week doing HIIT training (Examples: Jillian Michael's BodyShred) and I run too. My fitness level is quite good
Thanks in advance!
