Just started with a healthy diet and moderate exercise this week. Hoping to build some healthy new habits that will last a lifetime. I've chosen a moderate goal at first; I'm going to try to get down from 237 to about 215. Been battling those 22 pounds for a long time now, but think it's time to take a more balanced approach. Here I go!
