Getting in shape!!

Hey guys!! My names Krishelle and I am working my booty off (literally) for 2015!! I recently had a dr appt and my dr told me that I was .1 points away from being pre-diabetic!! She said to cut back on carbs and do cardio 5 days a week...I followed all of her advice and in one month am down 13 lbs!! I am convinced that this is it for me!! I'm learning how to do it right and my goal is to get from my current 205 lbs to 150 lbs. I started this needing to lose 70 lbs and already it's down to 55 lbs!! Whoo hoo!!
