Hey Everyone,
I am hoping for other people with similar goals. I have about 5 - 8kg to lose and a lot of toning to do. I hope we can motivate each other, share our stories about when we fall off the bandwagon and how we get back on.
I am good at exercising but terrible with my eating! Any one else?

I'm 27 and want to lose about 10 lbs. I'm usually an "everything in moderation" type person and don't cut out sweets/alcohol/etc.
My 2015 Goals
1) Get down to goal weight
2) PR a 5K race TBD
3) Train for and run my first full marathon in fall 2015.
4) Run 1,000 miles in 2015.
