Logging 21-Day Fix Workouts

Anyone have input on how to log these? I don't have a heart monitor.

Total Body Cardio Fix
Upper Fix
Lower Fix
Pilates Fix
10-Min Fix For Abs
Cardio Fix
Dirty 30
Yoga Fix

    I usually will log 20 minutes of aerobics or something like that and in exercise notes write "21DF: Upper fix." The calories won't come out perfect, but the note is at least something that if I need to look back at why my weight is stalling I can see that I did that on that day. I do the same kind of note for food when I go to a buffet, event where I don't know the calorie information. I will write as descriptive as I can, that way when I say "why didn't I log dinner?" I see a note such as "Went to ARC xmas dinner. Had 4 pieces of cheese with ritz crackers, small pasta salad, small tuna sandwich on croissant with can of cola."
