i make a lot of homemade foods but can't seem to find where to add calories to get the overall calories for the dish. Is there such a thing on her (like a recipe builder) plaese help as at the moment I am having to add each ingredient individually into breakfast lunch ect, so can only guess on sizes/amounts as all the ingredients are already mixed together eg soups etc.
I hope this makes sense.

In the menu bar (where you find the community category, diary, help etc) there is a category called my recipes and food. From there you can either upload a recipe from the web or enter it manually. Most times I don't follow recipes so as I make the meal I type in ingredients and amounts. From there you input how many portions a dish makes and voila! It divides the calories per portion. Just make sure you're actually measuring versus estimating to get an accurate caloric count0

Thank you and do you know how I save the recipe?0

it'll give you the option to save it and also log it, it really is very easy to follow and makes logging our own foods much simpler0
