Motivational Friends !!

Currently Studying -Sports science degree! I love yoga and trying to get fit and healthy again! Was diagnosed with a unknown heart condition (still making endless trips to hospital for testing) and told I wasn't allowed to run anymore (used to compete) but now they say it will be ok to train lightly !! Put on a lot of weight since I haven't been running!! Time to get it off!!!
