My name is Sheila! I'm a 31 year old pescatarian. I went to the doctor last week and did not like the number I saw on the scale. Although my diet has helped me maintain my weight it's not where I would like to be. I found my fitness pal just by doing a google search. I'm currently trying to lose 13 pounds!
