Great work. Did you find it hard at Christmas or have any relapses to deal with? Just wondering because I had a hard time over Christmas but I'm back on track now.

I actually didn't struggle during the holidays much at all. I kept up with my workouts and just tried to manage with portion control. I do have cheat meals and enjoy life and food still. I also did get the flu right before Christmas and that was no fun, but I got my strength back and got back in gear as soon as I got my strength back and felt better. Trust me I still indulge in certain things here or there. You gotta once in a while.

Kudos to you!! You look great and I certainly can see how happy you are that you now feel healthy as well. I have lost over 51 lbs. January 2014 with an additional 112 to go. You are an inspiration as you have kept it off and still going strong.

That's awesome! Congrats to you too girl! You got this! You are on your way to your goal and great job! I'm still a work in progress too, we have to just take one day at a time and remember we are worth it.

You look extraordinary!! Congrats on your weight loss and fitness gains. I didn't see any evidence on those flat abs of any surgeries or pregnancies!

Thank you so much! They are there girl, working on it still. Work in progress. I feel so much better all around.

You really do look great. I am 15 lbs of way from my goal of also losing 45 lbs and looking at the difference between your 2nd and 3rd progress picture is a huge motivator. In the 2nd picture your abs are looking slim and in the 3rd they are "defined" - this must feel really sweet!

Thanks so much, I'm still working on it and have more goals to conquer. You can do it. Hard work pays off for sure.

Wow! You have done an amazing job! Your smile is beautiful too. I loved seeing it grow in your progress pictures while the rest of you shrunk. Great, great job!
